绕组内部采用油导向结构/轴向油道,有利于散热,可大幅度降低铜油温差,使内部各区域的热油能充分的冷却,降低绕组的最热点温升;无载调压变压器其分接范围仅为±3×2.5%,故不独立设置调压绕组,分接引线置于主线圈本体中部,从而简化结构。高低压绕组设计时采用新开发的主纵绝缘结构,严格控制安匝分布/冲击分布,降低材料用量;低压绕组直接绕制在高强度的绝缘纸筒上,高、低压绕组在绕制时采用辐向、轴向压紧装置,增加绕组的压紧力,减少运行中的收缩;并用内外撑条进行紧固,加强支撑,提高绕组稳定?#35029;乐?#20854;失稳变形;绕组可按要求进行浸漆处理和分相整体套装;且改进压板结构,加强端部压紧,以增强机械强度,提高承受短路能力。

改进引线夹紧结构,采用木材与绑扎相结?#31995;?#24418;式,使引线固定牢固不位移和松动。

器身采用新的绝缘框架,进行复合场强计算,保证足够的绝缘强度,具有较高的填充系数;严格控制器身干燥结束后在大气暴露的时间,避免受?#20445;?#22120;身与油箱采用“刚性定位?#20445;?#25552;高产品运输中承受冲击的能力。
